Anthony is currently Director of Colchester Arts Centre. Ant acted as the interim managing director at Firstsite Gallery for contemporary visual arts in 2015. He led the talent development project Escalator East To Edinburgh between 2000 – 2014. The scheme was in the forefront of advocating and agitating for better facilities for deaf disabled artists and audiences throughout the Fringe. He was chair of Essex Dance for 10 years, he also sits on the board of performance artist Bobby Baker. Previously he worked at Salisbury Arts Centre as marketing manager and Old Bull Arts Centre (now Arts Depot).

Lorna is passionate about broadening the opportunities for D/deaf and disabled people within the theatre industry as performers and theatre-goers. Lorna has previously worked as General Manager at the New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich, and at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester, before moving into the fashion industry, currently working as Deputy Head of Human Resources for a luxury retailer. Lorna retains a keen interest in new and emerging theatre and has helped many theatre companies and individuals with advice on proposal writing for funding applications. Lorna is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has recently completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.

Chelsea Pettitt is a recent graduate of National Star College and is very passionate about everyone being included in the arts, especially people with learning disabilities. She is very confident when she gets on stage, and thinks it's time for other people to get the same experience.

Sharon is passionate about access to multi-sensory theatre. Her daughter, Lauren, has PMLD and they enjoy attending Frozen Light shows together. Sharon works for a Community Interest Company (social enterprise) that delivers a broad range of health and social care services in the community. Sharon is also a Governor at a local special needs school. Family life is busy with son Joseph and four grown up step children but she always finds time to go running which she feels is really important for her health and mental wellbeing.

Catherine is a teacher and musician from Leicestershire. Since she began to teach pupils with PMLD four years ago, her eyes have been opened to many barriers that were before invisible. She is keen to find new ways to increase the visibility of the PMLD community and to improve provision for them. Catherine is therefore delighted to be able to join Frozen Light in their mission to make theatre and arts buildings more accessible.

Ben is a Producer for Can’t Sit Still and Stuff and Nonsense, who both make and tour high quality, mid-scale theatre for families across the UK and internationally. He is also an access consultant and is passionate about making arts, culture and heritage accessible and inclusive. Throughout his career, Ben has worked for a wide range of cultural organisations including the National Trust, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Wiltshire Rural Music and Evolve Music, a community music charity that he co-founded in 2017. He is a trained musician and experienced participation project manager who is delighted to bringing his knowledge and experience to advance the mission of Frozen Light.

Rosslyn is a queer, disabled, multidisciplinary theatre-maker and facilitator. Having grown up in Norfolk and studied in Glasgow at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Rosslyn splits their time between the two. Their work uses text, sound, movement and dance to explore identity and our experiences of the world around us. Rosslyn is especially interested in the use of anger as a constructive tool for social and personal change. Their artistic work is a form of activism in itself but they are always looking for new activist practices that nurture and strengthen communities that are being marginalised.

Charlotte is a Producer at Something For The Weekend and Showstopper Productions Ltd. She has worked with some of the UK's leading theatre companies including Tall Stories, Fuel, English National Opera, Punchdrunk and The Gate Theatre, as well as producing large scale community projects with The National Trust and with remote communities in Spain. She is a 2021 mentor with Arts Emergency. Charlotte is passionate about making theatre accessible from designing & implementing access strategies and programmes for companies, working with Mousetrap Theatre Projects on their relaxed performances in the West End and producing work with and for neuro-diverse artists & audiences.

Aaron is a finance and strategy professional with experience across public, cultural, and innovation sectors. He is Head of Finance at Hethel Innovation and brings expertise in governance, investment, and operational planning.
As a Trustee and Treasurer of Frozen Light, Aaron helps the charity deliver its wonderful mission in a financially sustainable way. In his spare time, he enjoys the theatre and live music, reading, and is learning piano and Italian.
