Meet The Team

Lucy Garland

  • Lucy manages the creative programme at Frozen Light alongside Amber. She passionately develops Frozen Lights advocacy work for audiences with PMLD whilst always dreaming big about the next epic sensory endeavour.

Robin Hatcher

  • Robin works to produce all of Frozen Light's productions and leads on tour booking, bringing Frozen Light's work to audiences across the UK.

Liz Titley

  • Liz is responsible for generating income for Frozen Light. She does this through Trusts, grants and all other forms of giving to help our charity reach more audiences.

Amber Onat Gregory

  • Amber oversees the Artistic Programme at Frozen Light alongside Lucy, working together on original concepts for new work.

Val Jauregui

  • Val builds connections between Frozen Light, the theatres we tour to, and our audiences, making sure our work reaches as many people in the UK as possible and that our audiences journey is catered to their needs.

Sam Jarrett

Kate Lovell

  • Kate is a Goldsmiths-trained disabled and neurodivergent theatre maker with specialisms in directing, writing and dramaturgy. Kate is an artist-activist and is committed to making work that addresses social injustice, giving voice to and making work with marginalised groups.

Kate O’Connor

  • Kate works with Frozen Light's creative teams and performers to plan creative processes, devise and rehearse productions and train emerging artists. She also supports the company's fundraising from trusts and foundations.

Freddie Main

  • Freddie oversees our home at Carrow House, ensuring that all aspects of Frozen Light’s office run smoothly.

Ashton Owen

  • Ashton is an actor and theatre maker with extensive touring experience in the UK and internationally. He set up an initiative called Outskirts Outreach, working with young people, theatres, schools, and community groups to explore anti-racism through the arts and create safe spaces for people of colour.
