2065

2065 was a futuristic multi-sensory extravaganza for audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities and their companions.

A story of rebellion, in the not so distant future.

Toured 2021/2022

The year is 2065; the people are stifled under an oppressive regime made up of all-powerful corporations. We follow a group of rebels who live outside the system and believe things can change for the better. How can they remind people of a time when things were different? When they hoped not only to survive but to thrive? Can they bring music back to a city where it is needed more than ever? Frozen Light are specialists in making sensory theatre for adult audiences with PMLD and this is their fifth touring production.

In preparation for your visit to 2065 you can look at the visual story.

A person in a jumpsuit joyfully throws confetti in the air while singing into a microphone on stage. Behind them, two others stand near microphones, and a neon sign reading SMILE glows above a decorative set piece.
A person in a wheelchair wearing glasses looks at a glowing green object while a masked individual leans in to assist them. The scene is lit with colorful, dramatic lighting.
A boy in a wheelchair wearing glasses and a blue hat interacts with a glowing, colorful object held by an adult in a mask. Several other children and adults are nearby in a dim, colorful room.
